Description

A hearty and customizable burger bowl packed with protein and nutrients, featuring roasted sweet potatoes and ground beef.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup spinach or mixed greens
  • Optional toppings: avocado, cheese, or salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the diced sweet potatoes in olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes until tender.
  3. While the sweet potatoes are cooking, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it is fully cooked. Season with salt and pepper.
