Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup cooked brown rice
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the shredded chicken, black beans, cooked rice, salsa, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Stir until well combined.
