Instructions
- Combine silken tofu, mango pulp, peach slices, coconut cream, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour the mixture into serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled, garnished with fresh fruit or coconut flakes if desired.
Notes
For best results, use ripe mangoes and peaches and ensure the tofu is at room temperature. Adjust sweetness to taste.
