Description

A light and refreshing dessert that combines the vibrant flavors of mango, peach, and coconut with creamy silken tofu.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango pulp
  • 1 cup peach slices (fresh or canned)
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
