Description

Delicious and crunchy zucchini chips, a healthier alternative to regular snacks, baked to perfection with parmesan and garlic.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis thinly and place them in a bowl.
  3. Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 120 minutes or until they are crispy and golden, flipping halfway through.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

For best results, slice the zucchini evenly and avoid overcrowding the baking sheet.
