Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Peanut Butter (or almond/sunflower seed butter for nut-free)
  • 0.25 cup Honey (or maple syrup/agave for vegan)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.25 cup Chocolate Chips (dark, milk, or dairy-free)
  • Chopped Nuts/Seeds (optional, such as pecans, walnuts, or chia seeds)

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
  2. Add honey and vanilla extract to the mixture. Continue to stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips and any optional nuts or seeds if using.
  4. Use a spoon or cookie scoop to portion out small bites onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bites freeze for at least two hours until firm.
  6. Transfer the bites to an airtight container for storage in the freezer.
