Ingredients

- 0.5 cup Peanut Butter (or almond/sunflower seed butter for nut-free)
- 0.25 cup Honey (or maple syrup/agave for vegan)
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.25 cup Chocolate Chips (dark, milk, or dairy-free)
- Chopped Nuts/Seeds (optional, such as pecans, walnuts, or chia seeds)
Instructions
- Combine the Greek yogurt and peanut butter in a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and well mixed.
- Add honey and vanilla extract to the mixture. Continue to stir until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and any optional nuts or seeds if using.
- Use a spoon or cookie scoop to portion out small bites onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bites freeze for at least two hours until firm.
- Transfer the bites to an airtight container for storage in the freezer.
