Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, oats, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), almond milk, and eggs.
  3. Stir in the baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
