- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mix together the pumpkin puree, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine the cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until fully incorporated. If desired, fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
