Description

A fun and delicious way to enjoy your Thanksgiving leftovers wrapped in a crispy tortilla.


Ingredients

  • Flour tortillas
  • Gravy
  • Leftover turkey
  • Stuffing
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Cheese
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoes
  • Sour cream

Instructions

  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a layer of gravy in the center.
  3. Add a layer of leftover turkey, followed by stuffing and mashed potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle cheese on top, then add some shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes.
  5. Add a dollop of sour cream, if desired.
  6. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to create a wrap.
  7. Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the crunchwrap seam-side down in the skillet.
  8. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy your Thanksgiving Crunchwrap!

Notes

Serve warm with extra gravy or sour cream on the side. Can be paired with a simple salad or roasted vegetables.
